Our team is comprised of board-certified Dermatologists, Plastic Surgeons and Physician Assistants who are highly experienced and dedicated to providing the highest quality of care available. A key component of our practice is access to care. When you have a problem, you shouldn’t have to wait weeks or months for help. We accept Walk-in appointments, offer extended hours and participate with all insurance plans available in our area, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare and much more. Keith Robinson, DO, FAOCD, MBA
Dr. Robinson is a Board Certified Dermatologist. He trained at Summa Health System, the largest hospital system in Akron, Ohio. He is a 2007 graduate of Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences, where he was active in student government and served as student body vice president. Dr. Robinson is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the North Carolina Dermatology Association and a fellow of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. As a child of military parents, he enjoys traveling abroad as well as golfing, mountain biking, and theater.
Rocio Mandry, MD, FAAD
Dr. Mandry is a Board Certified Dermatologist who’s been practicing medicine since 1988. She did her medical training at the Columbia College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. She initially specialized in Internal Medicine, completing her residency program at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York, where she stayed an extra year working as an Emergency Room attending. In 1992, she decided to return to her home in Puerto Rico where she did a second residency program at the Medical Science Campus of the University of Puerto Rico in the Department of Dermatology, graduating in 1995. She has held several teaching and faculty positions at different private hospitals and outpatient clinics. Dr. Mandry focuses on all aspects of dermatology; medial, surgical and cosmetic. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology. As one of the few Spanish speaking dermatologists in central Virginia, Dr. Mandry is excited to expand dermatologic services for the Spanish speaking community.
Wyndell H. Merritt, MD, FACS
Dr. Merritt is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon who’s been in private practice since 1983, after serving as Associate Professor of Surgery at MCV/VCU since 1975. He is currently serving as Clinical Professor in the Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at VCU, as well as Clinical Professor in the Plastic Surgery Department at UVA. Dr. Merritt specializes in plastic and reconstructive surgery, including excision of tumors, as well as cosmetic and esthetic procedures and sub-specializes in Hand Surgery. He performs microsurgery of the hand, hand reconstruction, surgical and nonsurgical treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture, Raynaud’s syndrome, tendonitis, treatment of tumors of the hand and wrist as well as repair of hand injuries and complications from arthritis and other conditions. Among a number of professional organizations, Dr. Merritt is a member of the American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, American Association for Hand Surgery, American Association of Plastic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand. He is a long time resident of New Kent County, where he enjoys life at White House on the Pamunkey River.
Lori Wood, PA-C
Lori Wood is a Board Certified Physician Assistant who brings over 17 years of PA experience with her to Paladin Dermatology. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant studies through the University of Nebraska in 1999. She then went on to complete her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant studies in 2000. She did all this while serving on active duty in the United States Air Force and subsequently retired in 2004 after 20 years of service. Lori has prior experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and Allergy & Asthma before specializing in Dermatology in 2008. She has extensive knowledge and experience in treating disorders of the skin, hair and nails and is trained in the early detection and treatment of skin cancer. Her commitment to continuing education and her profession is demonstrated by memberships in the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.
Nicole Harriman, CRNP-BC
Nicole is a board certified family nurse practitioner originally from Maryland, who now calls Virginia home. In 2005, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from The Johns Hopkins University. Upon graduation, she was selected to participate in a pediatric internship with the National Institutes of Health and then went on to practice as a registered nurse in the field of pediatrics at Georgetown University Hospital. Nicole spent five years at Georgetown caring for pediatric patients in hematology-oncology, medical-surgical and health maintenance settings. In 2010, she earned her Master’s of Science degree in Nursing from Georgetown University and has been practicing dermatology ever since. Since 2011, Nicole has provided comprehensive dermatology care and has experience with routine cancer screenings, the management of common and complex skin conditions as well as skin cancer treatments and various cosmetic therapies. Additionally, Nicole brings various years of experience working side-by-side with a Mohs surgeon at a busy surgery center. Nicole is member of the Dermatology Nurses Association. She has a passion for patient education and strives to advocate and empower patients to improve their skin and to safely have fun in the sun! In her spare time, Nicole loves spending time with her family, enjoys sports and exercising and travels any chance she gets.
Melissa Paschall, PA-C
Melissa is a NCCPA Board Certified Physician Assistant. She grew up in Alexandria, Virginia and completed her undergraduate degree Magna Cum Laude in Health Sciences from James Madison University. She went on to pursue and earn her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Jefferson College of Health Sciences in Roanoke, Virginia. Following her training she moved to Richmond, Virginia in 2016 and started her career in Dermatology. She also has experience working in Urgent Care and enjoys treating a variety of dermatological conditions, including the early detection of skin cancer. She is passionate about Dermatology and maintains membership as a fellow in the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants and American Academy of Physician Assistants. Melissa enjoys traveling, Tae Kwon Do and spending time with her husband and pets.
